FAQs

What is the difference between a wedding video and a wedding film?

It’s a different way to approach the production of your video. We focus on the story and use techniques and professional gear used to shoot big feature and commercial films.

Why is this not a videography service?

Think of a Videographer as line-cook of any restaurant and a Cinematographer as the Chef of a 3 Star Micheline restaurant. Who do you rather prepare and cook your story?

How many videos do I get or how long is my video going to be at the end?

Depends on the type of package selected could be 1 or several videos. Anywhere from 5 minutes to a 20 minutes for our documentary series. Please see pricing page for more details.

What if I have my own idea for the video and want a custom package?

Give us a call or send us a message and our team will create a custom package that fits your needs.

What is the typical turn around time?

On a high season it can be anyways from 2-3 weeks or all the way up to 1 month. Depends on the amount of footage and complexity of the story.

What about the RAW Footage?

Providing our clients with the raw footage is part of the service. We do advice to purchase an additional hard drive before hand since the storage can be over 2 Terabytes in most cases.

How do you deliver the files back?

We create and organize all the files in your own hard drive and we return it at the end.

We also provide you with a link to your finished video and you can access and download copies for your family and friends

I want drone coverage on my event. Is that included in the price?

We provide drone coverage but with an additional price. Our certified pilots need to be booked in advanced.
